Buckeye Partners, L.P. is one of the largest independent common carrier pipeline companies in the United States in terms of volumes delivered. In addition to Lodi Gas Storage, Buckeye owns 5,400 miles of pipeline and 64 terminals, operates and maintains an additional 2,400 miles of pipeline under agreements with major oil and chemical companies, and is a wholesale distributor of refined petroleum products in areas served by its pipelines and terminals.
